If free agents are looking for a big payday this offseason, they should look to Cleveland. The Browns have a ton of cap space and plenty of holes to fill so everyone expects them to go on a spending spree. “Cleveland’s going to try to spend some money early,” Peter King told NFL.com, indicating that they are not just going to spend, but be aggressive in picking off the top players available.
