The NASCAR Chase is getting down to the wire and Brad Keselowski is just one race away from winning his first Sprint Cup title. While Keselowski is one step closer to winning his first championship, it was an ugly incident in the pit area between the crews of Jeff Gordon and Clint Bowyer that is dominating all of the post-race talk.
On the second-to-last lap of the AdvoCare 500 at Phoenix International Raceway, Jeff Gordon was retaliating for an early incident when he decided to direct his car into the path of Clint Bowyer and run the driver right into the wall.
When Gordon made his way to the pits, a brawl between the two pit crews began.
Minutes later, Bowyer got out of his car and made a full sprint to the pits where he was looking for Gordon but his crew members and NASCAR officials successfully held him back.
